FAQs

The Structural Pest Control course is a 5-day program designed to provide comprehensive training in pest management.

Learners from grade 10 and above are eligible to register for the course. Applicants should be able to learn, read, and understand English.

To register, you need a certified ID copy, 2 passport photos, a non-refundable registration fee of R300, a medical certificate, proof of residence, and for RPL applicants, relevant qualifications.

Upon successful completion of the course and meeting additional requirements, you will receive a certificate issued by SAQA and the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries.

Graduates will be able to identify common structural pests, apply appropriate control techniques, implement safety measures, and comply with relevant legislation.
